Template install throws a fatal error on step 3

I’m using WP 3.0 with the wp-precious theme from ThemeForest. The site I have so far is here: unitedhope4animals.org. I tried installing the Buddypress template framework but it gave me a fatal error on the 3rd step of the process. Any ideas?
