The auto-complete for users to add to groups does not work anymore.

Hi, I have a BP website running for my client. Before, they were able to add members to a group by just typing a few letters and getting auto-complete list of members. A few weeks ago, they stopped getting this auto-complete feature and now they have to copy/paste user’s username and click ‘Save Changes’ to add the members. I am not sure why is there no auto-complete option anymore. Their site has more than 20k members so just copy/pasting is not very efficient for them
I also noticed that the <input> has empty class instead of “bp-suggest-user ui-autocomplete-input”.
Any idea what could be wrong here? Thank you
