Newly launched this week for my client @ http://nourishnetwork.com. Basically, it is a child theme, but I did pull over several of the parent templates in order to customize displays of some of the internal pages, as well as an overhauled home page.

The client had been running 1.03 with a separate bbPress install – upgrading the core was a snap and had no problems with the forums on upgrade at all.

Excellent reshaping of the bp-sn-parent theme too. Left very few stones unturned.
