Because I am not on here every day I cannot remember where to find the “search forum” box only that I had the same problem last time.

I am sure you are loosing users because of this alone, people dont want o have to scroll through 785 pages looking for their items.

Go to your profile edit screen. Change name field to something other than login name. Then your future forum posts show on your profile.
