Timeline for BP Child Themes hosting at WordPress Themes?

Hi Andy (and everyone else),

I know the release of 1.2 was only two days ago, but just wondering if you have a timeline for when Child themes can be uploaded to WordPress Depo? The reason I ask is I want to know if I should wait a little while before releasing more and install a download manager on my website.
