if you click on blog, its hows ZIPYOURMIX.COM – Blog

now, i want it to say ZIPYOURMIX.COM on the homepage, and if you go to any other page, i want this: Blog // ZIPYOURMIX.COM.

for 3 items like this: Aron Prins // Members // ZIPYOURMIX.COM

how can i accomplish this?
