Topics Loop needs to show private topics to admins

OK. Thanks to the help of several people, the tutoring area on the classroom site [ http://www.thechembook.com/tutoring/ ] is working with the exception of one private group not showing the topics. When logged in as admin, my hope is for a teacher group to show on the page, along with the topics. I get the group title but not the topics. Once I click into the private group forum then I can see the topics listed.
Is there a private / public setting that can be done in the loop? Here is the code: http://pastebin.com/cEGmNL5X
