total site gone !

    I wonder what one could possibly have done at the dashboard that would make the site disappear totally. But this happened to me. I can’t remember what changes I made, but it happened after I have uploaded the BP template package. I pressed the “Activate” button and reached a blank white page. Later I found out that the neither site nor the WP-Admin is loading. I try Firfoxe’s ‘View Source Page’ and saw only blank pages in both cases.

    Can anybody figure out what could have caused the problem, please?

    Did you activate the buddypress theme as well? Or did you just upload them?

    Blank pages means errors. Go into your site via FTP and remove the plugin you activated.

    I am not sure that the plugin itself is the cause Andrea, but I will try what you suggested, and get back to you.
