Training certificates in BuddyPress

Hello all,
New here! Looking to see if there’s a way for admins using BuddyPress to add training/course completion certificates as attachments to users’ profiles so they can download them? I know there are several LMS-style plugins out there that include courses and certificates; however, our organization hosts its own trainings and I thought it would be nice to be able to upload students’ certificates so they can just login and download them from their profiles.
