Which files control the forum template. I was searching through bbpress/bbp-themes/bbp-twentyten and tried to figure out what controls what by removing the breadcrumbs action but nothing ever changes.

Which file lets me edit the template of the single topic, and list of topics?

Which version of bbPress are you using? If 2.x, probably best to ask on the bbPress forums.
