Trying to resolve a problem with bb-config deletion and server errors

    Hi and thanks for the help!

    In an attempt to solve issues regarding the removal of group-based forums, I created more issues that I dont know how to fix. I read on a few forum posts that deletion of the bb-config.php file would help resolve the issue surrounding disabling the group-based forums. I uninstalled the option on my admin page and then jumped into the server and got rid of the file. I backed it up just incase something went wrong. Internal server error under maintanance/programming error shows up now, regardless of whether the file is in the directory or not now.

    Wha Happen?

    Thanks for any clarity that can be given. I am pretty new when it comes to basic coding like this.

    Okay, I went in and manually deleted the bbpress plug and bb-config file. what else should I look for when cleaning this out for installation of the site-wide forums? Thats all this site really needs.
