Two very easy questions ….

This must be an easy question for the experienced folks here. I did search the mu forums
and overall search but I am not finding the link to these simple plugins which I see frequently on some multiuser wp blogging sites
– the author only can make a threaded reply to a comment
– the total “number of times read” or hits per blog post which usually appears below each post
Any help will greatly appreciated.

wordpress-thread-comment needs some modification to work only with post author
