uft-8 in feed

My native language is Persian (Farsi), and to be able to read persian words we must use utf-8 encoding. The problem I have, is that buddypress do not use utf-8 in rss resault, only in the titles of links. The content of the article is shown in utf-8 (as it should be) but the link of the article changes to something like this: در تاپÛ?Ú© Ù?شاعرÙ?
