Ultimate Facebook plugin

Dear,
When people want to register on my website, they can either do this by Facebook or manually. When they choose to login with Facebook, it seems that they get stuck when they have clicked register. Their account is not being created and they are stuck in a sort of register loop. It keeps on loading, loading and loading but nothing actually happens.
How can I solve this problem?
