[Resolved] Unable to find URL/activity

Ok, I hope someone on here can help. Fresh wordpress and buddy press install. I’m receiving the Unable to find URL/activity for all of my subpages. From my reading this is a problem with either the 1. permalinks, 2. .htaccess file, or 3. apache rewrite module.
I have attempted to solve all three of these issues. Permalinks were enabled to something other than the default. WordPress was unable to create the .htacess file so I created it manually. And finally, I’ve enabled apache rewrite module in the httpd.conf file. But still no luck.
My suspicious is that there is something wrong in my write permissions but I’m not sure where to look.
I’m running centos7 on a VPS that I’ve configured (hence the problems most likely), and the site is http://www.tourfoundry.com. Thanks.
