Unlockable Features Based On User Activities

    Hi all,

I was just wondering if there were any plugins available that were capable of creating user goals (like posts per week, friend count, etc) and corresponding rewards (like # of posts a week would unlock a new personal details field, # of total friends would unlock the ability to add a new page to the user’s subdomain, etc).

I’ve got an awesome social network idea in mind, but am lacking the skills/time to do the coding myself atm.

Anyone know of something like that?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance,

    Fadere

    Awesome.

I’ll have to take a more in depth look at it when I get the chance. :)

looking forward to hearing more about this plugin — it’s exactly what I need for my project

It’s worth pointing that Achievements, as soon as I finish re-writing it, does not support any kind of rewards other than “points” or some sort of graphical badge. There will be hooks in to allow developers to extend it further, of course.

@DJPaul – again, can’t wait to see it. I’m hoping to dive in and try to extend it a bit toward the realm of user “unlocks”; e.g. granting access to certain portions of the site based on point totals or badges earned, etc…
