Update to Avatar and Cover Image Uploads Please

    I’d really like to see some update to this feature, it’s been the same for over 3 years now and I still wrestle with the styling of this area.

    Eroneous markup and divitis. It’s not much fun for a theme designer to deal with this.

    Specifically empty divs, that require some sort of margin if they are present are troublesome.
