Upload Avatar on Group Creation is Missing

Here’s the photo, http://i39.tinypic.com/2ztbwid.jpg. I don’t understand why there is no way to upload an avatar on the Step #3 of Group Creation even if I did not disable that function (see in the image). Is it a bug? By the way I am using Salutation Theme from Themeforest. thanks.

Any JavaScript errors on that page?

Yeah there are 2 errors in 2 files
`cufon.opensans.js :20 Uncaught ReferenceError: Cufon is Denied`

`onLoad.js Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method of ‘colorbox’`

Suggest you try to fix those first.
