Upload/Post From Profile?

    Hi I have a Multisite setup with Buddypress installed.
    I want my users to be able to upload from their own page/blog, just like how other blogs are.

    On their profile it will be a box/form and when they upload it it will go straight into their profile, instead of going to their profile options for each post.
