Urgent! Activation Links Stopped Working after Buddypress Install

Hey everyone,
I have an urgent situation. Activation links sent to new users are shooting blanks. In fact my wp-activate.php page is not even loading: http://phoenix.fanster.com/wp-activate.php
I cannot for the life of me figure out what is going on. Has anyone run into this problem before?
