URL for members profile not working?

Hello there
I have installed BP on my site, and for some reason when I go to the members directory and click the link for a member it loads the members directory again, ending with /members and not the profile/username
Anyone can give any advice or suggestion?
Would be much much appreciated, and I love BP and having it onther sites, but really don’t understand why it’s doing this.Cheers
