I’d like to have a page on my site for users to submit inspirational quotes and photos, like they would on a Facebook page. What’s the best way to do this?

I want it to work like the Activity Stream, but I only want the stream to include posts that were made on that page, not all the other messages that get created. So what I’m thinking is that I create a custom page, have the stream on it, and somehow filter the stream so that it only shows what was entered on that page. However, what was entered on that page by a user would also appear on that user’s feed.

Has anyone done something like this?
