User-Blog to have different Domain ?

Just wondering if the following is possible to achieve:
when the user is signing-up for having his own Blog, is there a chance to have the user select at which main Domain he wants to have his Blog run ?
For example, lets say the WPMU + BP website is operated on the main Domain (URL) “www.butterfly.com”.
The user should be able to choose to have his own Blog running on either one of the following domains (different country-domains):
Is this possible to do and still working with WPMU and BP ?
