user name in the url

For security I want to hide the user name which appears in the url when somebody for example https://terresdesavoirs.fr/members/ananta/
how is it possible please ?
I don’t know if the URL is generated with BB Press or with Buddy Press…WP version 5.8.2
Buddy Press version 9.1.1
