User not indexed – Search not working

    Hello,

    I have a user in my system who appears not to be indexed. Searches for her exact name / user name or values in the custom field return nothing. I have a custom field where I track address info and when I search for the street name everyone but her shows up. What might cause this and how can I fix it? I appreciate any input.

    I always update so am on the latest version of buddypress and wordpress
