User Specific Data/Pages?

Sorry for posting this here but I just can’t seem to find the right plugin to ask for support on.I basically need a dashboard where users can upload their own spreadsheets, or information. Then it’ll display some stuff based on that.
Maybe a Pi Chart or something.
I thought we could even embed a google spreadsheet into a page, but to do that I need a page I can somehow assign to their page that’s connected to their profile.. and no one else can see it or has the link.
Can someone point in me in right direction?
