Using S2Member to import users works in WP but does not show up in BP

You can see here we keep loading members 30 at a time through S2Member’s import function. They upload to WP. I can see the users. But when I view the Members Directory Alphabetical in BP I see an incomplete list:

I will pay $50 US (via PayPal) to the first person tell me why this is happening and how to fix it.

Those users need to log in at least once before they appear in the directory.
