v3.2.0 Conflict with Shield

I have a multisite. Since updating to v3.2.0 my members do not stay logged in when moving from sub-domain to sub-domain. By doing a plugin conflict test I have deduced that there is a conflict with Shield plugin.
Currently I have it disabled as I have other security software installed, but it would be good if this could be dealt with.
Thought I would post in case anyone else has the same problem.
