view profile link

Hi ,
I had set up a buddypress in a site . After logged in as admin ,I looked in to members page and all the members are listed in the page but when I click any user I can’t find the profile details of the user . There should be a link ‘view’ for displaying the user’s details .
when I checked with the direct url ‘example.com/members/username/profile’ in a tab ‘view’ which shows the user detail . But there is no link in the user profile page for this profile detail page .What I missed in the code ? Can anyone help ?
