Is there a way when you visit someone elses profile you see their posts and possibly remove the View, Edit and change profile picture nav?

Currently I have set up when you view your own profile you see your posts and on the right sidebar you have all the user profile information. So when you view someone else profile you see their profile stats on the right but you see your post and you can currently edit their profiles which I don’t want. If anyone has ever done that or know a few snippets let me know.
