BuddyPress.org

I have tried to install voucherpress 1.4 and 0.6 version on wordpress 3.2 and 3.2.1 with the same install error Are you sure you want to do this? I also used local installer and remote, neither of them works!

Here is what I use:
PHP 5.3.6 VC9
Apache 2.2.19 VC9
MySQL 5.5.13
windows 7 64bit
google chrome browser
I see that other people find it working, so I am amused why none of the versions is working for me. Thanks for help in advance
