Wait for 1.6 or not?

    I’ve been waiting for BP 1.6 in hopes that it would get rid of the embedded bbpress and move entirely to bbpress 2 and use of custom taxonomies and custom posts rather than having a completely separate db structure for other aspects of buddypress as well.
    Will the wait be worth it or am I wasting my time?
