    Hi, does anyone know whats wrong with the below code, seems not working for me. i put it in my child theme Function.php. i want to say welcome back to login users

    `function member_welcome() { ?>
    Welcome back!
    endif; ?>
    <?php }
    add_action(‘bp_before_sidebar_me’, ‘member_welcome’);`

    That’s just some bare character data ‘welcome back’ would need to be a string echoed e.g echo ‘Welcome Back’;

    But why don’t you just add the text to sidebar?
