Welcome Widget is messed up

Hi!
I installed the beta version of bp 1.1(the latest one posted by Andy) on wpmu 2.8.4 and I noticed that when you put a title on the widget, it is posted twice for some reason. One title was h2, and the other was h3. But if you dont put a title it doesnt happen.
Is this some kind of bug?
