What are the best member/user management systems to Integrate with BuddyPress?

I’m using BuddyPress fully integrated into my theme w/ a social login system by OneAll.com. Does anyone know what the best membership management add-on is for a site using BuddyPress? I just wanted a cleaner and more sophisticated user management system on the WordPress back-end and something has a better back-end account profile UI for the users. I’d be curious if anyone has use Wishlist, Magic Members, or S2Members, etc. with BuddyPress successfully?
