What’s the filter for “is current user’s profile”?

I’m writing a component and I only want the nav tab to show on the current user’s profile. When viewing another users profile the content in the tab should…
1) change
or
2) be excluded

Please help!

You will probably find examples of how you do this now you have found the BP Skeleton component – it’s pretty extensively documented.
