“when it’s done.” lol very true.
you can try trunk… it’s probably as close to 1.1 as you’ll get at this point (https://trac.buddypress.org/browser/trunk)
Milestone: 1.1
Due in 3 weeks (09/30/09)
As DJPaul so succinctly states, BP 1.1 will be released when it is finished. The date in the roadmap or timeline in Trac is not written in stone. It most likely will be released some time in September but it could always be pushed out further if more serious bugs are discovered or Andy wants to add additional enhancements.
It is close, though, and if you want to get prepared you should be running a trunk version in your development environment. As always, you are discouraged from running the bleeding-edge version (which is trunk) in a production environment–a live site.
*shudder*
I declare this board to be European and shun the American date format! 30/09/09. I know Andy wants to get it out in September, but anything could happen.

Paul, exactly what do they call the 30th month of the year in Europe?
I’m hoping to get a beta out today, but if not it will be in the next couple of days. Then 2 weeks of testing then a final at the end of the month if nothing major crops up.
wow Andy,That’s a great news.I have been running the trunk version and testing features.looking forward to beta
Great stuff Andy! Really looking forward to 1.1. which seems to be a major leap forward!
the week for the translations have been added?
Nice The trunk version on the production site…not so good. Andy, you do a really good job
Most everything he wants seems like there is source behind it, and just needs testing. I’ve split my time 20/80, with 20% on 1.1 and 80% on 1.2.
