When logging out

    I have this error
“This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at http://flingingmud.info/ has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.”

But I can hit the backwards button and get back in but have to hit “Dashboard” to sign back in and then I am in. How do I go about fixing this issue?

I’m still having this error and so are people I try to invite to the site, they can’t join because of it.

If you can access the WP-admin try going to settings>permalinks and then just click save changes without changing anything, it could be a permalink issue.

    No that didn’t work.

hmm, have you installed any new plugins recently? could try disabling them one at a time to see if it’s a plugin that’s causing the problem.

I found the problem. I went to the Buddypress options on my dashboard and went to privacy, in there I unchecked “Must be Logged in” to access the site.
