Where is the template in Default theme for Member’s Activity Permalink?

When you view the permalink of an individual activity, there is no sidebar. Strange.

Anyone know which template file controls this page?

Example: http://housingstorm.com/members/admin/activity/17432

members/single/activity/permalink.php

This is something that was debated before. I think it should match rest of site. Originally this page didn’t even have a navigation!
