where sizes it fu*k header?

I climbeth all files
removed all that relates to header (in css, in page php – delete form seach, title and other… left blank header)
Blue band is not removed!!! Why!!! where it is? in what file? in what line?
annoying!!!!

I spent two days to learn all the structure
I just need to change header

to do the menu (nonstandard) height of 25 pixels. But if i make menu – it is located below the band
eventually get a height of 50 pixels
menu + band ( which non-removable)
