Which File

If you go to my profile on a site I created http://sustainableseptemberspokane.org/members/greg/ . Under my username at the top is recent activity. To the right of that is a view link. http://sustainableseptemberspokane.org/members/greg/activity/1 I was wondering which theme file this view activity link is using. I need to edit it, but haven’t had any luck finding it yet.
