Who can delete activity updates?

Hello , and thank you for maintaining and developing BP .
Today, someone deleted an activity update from the activity stream.
It was not the author himself, because he hasn’t been active since his first post.
It wasnt’ any other user with admin rights.So my question is: Who can delete another user’s update?
