Who knows of an easy / straightforward way to escape frames (eg target=\"_top\")?

I’m thinking that maybe the links in the admin bar could be coded to load in the top frame — does that make sense? If not, why not?
I am setting up some individual pages I want to access from another website in a frame, and I think it would be nice if the navigation links could break out of this frame.
Ideas?
