wp-admin/?c=1

    WPMU 2.8.6

    BP 1.1.3

Upgraded yesterday by having to remove BP as it kept throwing errors

I cannot get into the BP admin menus. I could when first updated.

For instance, I want to go to …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-component-setup

It is taking me to wp-admin/?c=1

I can get to the top one, General Settings.

I have gone through the BP plugins I have, taking one off at a time, but still no joy.

as per my tests, It seems to be problem because you are using my theme cosmic buddy there, and I see there is a bug in theme/components supplied with it which is causing this issue. Just investigated, after you reported this issue here.

I will be providing an update in an hour there.

    updated and uploaded.

there was a minor code change required for the file which I am using for theme options in the backend. WordPress requires unique slug, which I had not put there, so was causing issues. It was related to add_theme_options, there are no other changes.

Please either overwrite whole theme or just overwrite cosmicbuddy/theme-admin/admin.php with the new one.

    both will work fine.

    Thanks

    hi Ram

This is because of your plugin/or the active theme is using some hook wrongly to add menus/scripts to wp backend.

Check by disabling plugins one by one.

well, In that case make sure , there is no plugin in your mu-plugins directory.

and also provide further details, which may be helpful in detecting problem.

not really. Since this is a buddypress forum, you may get shouts from anyone here for asking a wpmu theme. So please be aware of that :)

    Now, Just the wpmu details.

    Is it a fresh install.

    which version

    subdirectory/vs subdomain, any error log.

    custom plugins/themes used.

    That should suffice.
