WP – BP profile fields sync

    Hi, i have 2600+ users regitered in my website and i recently installed BP so I wouldn’t like to make them Re-fill their profiles, is there any posible way to to this sync thing between the Woprdpress profile (Name, Last name, About Me)?
    Im on wp 4.0 and bp 2.1.1
    Also I read something in the forum from @henrywright where he says that adding xprofile_sync_wp_profile will do that, but i dont know in wich php should i put that.

    Have you enabled ‘Profile Syncing’ on this page: …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-settings ?

    @shanebp yes, its enabled but nothing happens.
    The filled fields on WordPress profile arent showing on buddypress profiles :/

    I believe it only runs when a profile is updated.
    Try doing a ‘save’ on a BP profile – edit screen.

    If it works, at least you know the sync is working going forward.

    That doesn’t address your real issue re all your existing users.
    You’ll probably need to write some code that loops thru your users and creates xprofile fields for them.

    Take a look at function xprofile_set_field_data in
    bp-xprofile/bp-xprofile-functions.php

    I tried saving an user bp profile but nothing happened, no sync at all.
    Im lost
