wp frontend user , some help please ?

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to insert a special post creation to allow users to create posts,
I want this form to be in a specific place, for example below the profile info,
how can I achive that ?
And I want to collect all the posts in another place …
I’m bit confused with this free plugin as I dont understand really the way to make it work …
If someone can give a hand please ?
