WP MU User and BP user

    I use wordpress MU and I install buddypress in secondary blog. If one user register at secondary blog, he can’t post blogs on secondary blog.
    And when he login, he reach WordPress blog’s admin page (Main Blog).

    My Questions-
    (1) I want user to post blogs on secondary blog.
    (2) I want user to post blogs on only secondary blog, not in Main Blogs.
    (3) I want to show secondary blogs’s one page when user login.
