xProfile more than 1 registration?

I am trying to create a Jobs website that reflects both sides – the job seeker and the employer. I am using extended profiles for the Job Seeker to create a resume/profile. I have added Resume type fields and it works as expected. The problem is when an Employer registers to post jobs they need a basic registration process – they do not need to fill out the long Resume type profile. Is there a way to have 2 different types of profiles on the site?
