@restarthumanity make sure all members are logged in once at the website, you can also activate them via switching to them via using user switching plugin

@sourcehealingorg paste your member directory URL, at your site it’s not active at default URL.

@joiresende elementor global template will not work with BP pages, as these are template driven by default any content included in those pages does not display
