Well I had to find a new host,my old host had 10 seconds set and it would time out.I went with a new host,since the old one wouldnt change the time limit,and wala it worked great no problems on installing it.
Well now I dont feel so bad,I thought I was losing my mind when i couldnt get a result in the search box lol.
Well,firefurby, I too have the same issue as you,same fatal error on installing,only mine is on line 192.Did you resolve this issue yourself and if so how did you resolve it?
